Marcus W. Alderson
I am currently a school teacher and High school basketball coach. I am co-owner of the Perfect Gentlemen Landscaping and Irrigation Company LLC. I am married with 3 children and one grandson. One of my charities is St. Jude Hospital. I would love to give more support to the children that are battling cancer. I also would like to do a deep dive into mentoring disadvantaged youth.
During my coaching career, we won 6 state basketball championships and 8 City championships. I had the pleasure of coaching Derrick Rose, Jabari Parker,Kendrick Nunn, and Taylon Horton-Tucker before they went to the NBA. I graduated from college with a bachelors and 2 Masters of Education degrees. Those were great accomplishments for me.
Outside of work, I enjoy family outings, traveling, concerts, and playing golf.

Michael D. Fight is the Senior Pastor of First Community Baptist Church in Chicago, IL. He is a native of Kansas City, Missouri.
In January of 2017, he was called to be the Senior Pastor of First Community Baptist Church leading the Congregation the last 8 years. Prior to being the Senior Pastor of First Community Baptist Church he worked several jobs. He was a Senior Loan Officer for over 20 years, originating mortgage loans. Currently while leading the Congregation, he simultaneously works as a Resource Coordinator for Sustainable Community Schools, a initiative under Chicago Public School System. He oversees the before school and after school programs. He is also the Co-Owner of The Perfect Gentlemen Landscaping Company. In April 2024, along with his business partner, He opened a sport clothing store in Cartagena Colombia. Michael has such a benevolent heart, always looking for opportunities to give back to the least, the last and the left out.
Because of his high propensity to learn and teach the Word of God, he successfully matriculating at Moody Bible Institute earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pastoral Studies and Master Degree in Congregational Leadership.
He is married to Tonya Fight, his best friend and faithful supporter.
